HPC2N Support and Documentation

If you are unable to find your answers here on the HPC2N documentation site, then feel free to contact technical support at HPC2N.

Support

Support is generally submitted through the SUPR support request form. This works even if you do not have a user account at SUPR, and we strongly prefer that you use that way to request support.

Application-support

If you have a more “advanced” application specific question, which is unrelated to any specific compute resource, then there is the application-support queue.

This queue is typically used for application specific questions that the systems administrators might not be expected to answer (hypothetical example, “is this tuning parameter in that program really supposed to have this particular effect”).

NOTE that this is a national support queue. This means that the support-personnel for it is spread out all over Sweden, and it is very important that you follow the support request guidelines and include all pertinent information.
